Ever since Covid first hit the scene I've been helping my friends and family stay mentally and physically in tuned by way of walking! Walking is a great way to clear your mind while also getting a workout out of it.

Since this virus has run rampant, i haven't been able to keep up with my fitness like i use to. Trying to work out at home is not as exciting for me as being in a gym but being in a gym puts me at risk.
